Makes: 4 Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ½ cup quick oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Mrs. Dash
- 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, Mrs. Dash, and egg. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a large cast iron skillet or nonstick fry pan over medium-high heat. Coat the pan with coconut oil cooking spray.
- Place the patties into the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side or until well done.
