But it is much easier to navigate when you have self-loving actions. It’s important to believe that you are worthy of love, which you unconditionally give to others. Loving yourself means being honest with yourself and committing to true happiness. Respect, accept and love yourself for who you are right now. Have the determination, perseverance and patience to change what you can. Nourish your own basic needs through healthy activities, exercise, nutrition, intimacy and healthy social interaction.
